Team Formation/Team Eligibility Rules

Welcome to the homepage on the Matrix Basketball website for an overview of key Girls' Basketball rules that apply for building a team elibigle to compete in District and National tournaments.

General Rules
Generally, any AAU team can include any player from within their District borders; click here for the areas included in the Potomac Valley AAU District. However, each team is allowed a maximim of three out-of-district players to be rostered on a team entering a District or National tournament.
