The website has been updated with lots of information about the 2010 Matrix team tryouts, including:
- Start of tryouts and tryouts schedule. February 13-14; click here to see the tryouts schedule for our 8U-13u teams. Updated 2/3/2010.
- Online Registration Now Open. Click here to register now; check out our Early Bird discount (Ends Monday, February 8 at 11:59 pm) and family discounts.
- Coaching line-up and bios. Our 2010 coaching line-up for elementary and middle school teams is posted and bios for most of our coaches are available.
- High school program details coming soon. The Matrix will field two Matrix Aces Showcase teams this season as well as Matrix Select teams at 14U/9th grade and 15U/10th grade; stay tuned for details.

| | | | | | | | | | | | posted 09/24/2009 The Fall sessions of training for our middle school and elementary school players has wrapped up and the Matrix FTC, Matrix ATS and Matrix Pre-Tryout Clinics were HUGE successes with 250 registrants for our clinics, including more that 100 players for our Pre-Tryout Clinics.
All the fall clinic offerings are part of the Matrix "Next Level" Training Series, the club's comprehensive approach to help take our Matrix players' basketball skills to the Next Level.

The Matrix is looking for coaches to join our outstanding coaching staff for the 2010 AAU season.
We expect to return the majority of our 2009 coaches, but should have openings for head coaches and assistant coaches for grade school, middle school and high school teams.

Matrix Tryouts Early Bird Registration Ends Today
The 2010 Matrix AAU Early Bird discounted registration ends today, Monday, February 8 at 11:59 PM. Register online today for only $12.
Online registration remains open after today, but the cost will be $20 per player and $35 per player if you register on-site at a tryout.

The 2010 Matrix AAU tryout schedule is now posted for our 8U-13U (3rd-8th grade) teams. Tryouts begin the weekend of February 13-14.

As noted many times, the Matrix is a big supporter of the Fairfax County Youth Basketball League ("FCYBL") for coaches and players.
As the 2009-2010 FCYBL season began, they had no scores and standings website. Well, with our experience in this area, the Matrix stepped up, developed a website for the FCYBL, and is serving as webmaster for the 2009-2010 season.
